The Mother Child Education Foundation (ACEV) and the Ministry of National Education continue to collaborate within the context of the Mother Child Education Program, The Preschool Parent-Child Education Program, and the Father Support Program.

The Mother Child Education Program is run in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education's Apprenticeship and Non-Formal Education General Directorate, the Preschool Parent-Child Education Program with the Ministry of National Education's Preschool Education General Directorate, and the Father Support Program with the Ministry of National Education's Apprenticeship and Non-Formal Education General Directorate, and the Special Education Guidance and Counseling Services General Directorate.

These three programs were developed by ACEV, and are now implemented by educators attached to the Ministry of National Education. ACEV provides trainer training for these programs, as well as supervision during the implementation.

The Functional Adult Literacy Program is run within the context of the protocol signed with the Ministry of National Education.

Social Services and Child Protection Agency (SHCEK)

ACEV implements the Mother Child Education Program and the Father Support Program in collaboration with the Social Services and Child Protection Agency, at the Community Centers of this institution. Social Workers trained by ACEV trainers provide the training.

  Turkish Radio and Television (TRT)
In order to significantly multiply the number of beneficiaries reached, AÇEV is applying its expertise in early childhood and adult education to an innovative television project in title "Will you play with me?", developed in cooperation with and airing on TRT.

Kanal D and the newspaper Posta
ACEV provides education services to illiterate adults via the television program entitled “Our Classroom” that was developed in collaboration with Kanal D and the newspaper Posta.

  International Aid Agencies
AÇEV continues its project-based relationships with International Aid Agencies such as UNICEF, UNESCO, World Bank and UNDP. The expansion of the Mother Child Education Program to 70 provinces was made possible through a loan provided to the Ministry of National Education by the World Bank.

  Local and International Non-profit Organizations
In order to expand implementation of its programs both within Turkey and abroad, AÇEV collaborates with several local NGO's, as well as Lions and Rotary Clubs. Furthermore, AÇEV has collaborated with and or received support from international organizations such as Spencer Foundation, Avorroes Foundation, Bernard Van Leer Foundation and Open Society Institute.
