Leading Academicians from Boğaziçi, Koç, Marmara, İstanbul, Mimar Sinan, Orta Doğu Teknik and Gazi Universities provide support in program development, evaluation, implementation, research and strategy development.

More than 1,500 volunteers provide support for training and other awareness raising activities.
Ministry of National Education (MEB)
Cooperation between AÇEV and Ministry of National Education continues on Mother Child Education Program and Parent Child Preschool Training Program. These programs, developed by AÇEV, are implemented by the teachers of Ministry of National Education. AÇEV provides training, implementation and general consultancy support to the ministry while the ministry provides teachers, locales and other logistic support.
In addition, the Functional Adult Literacy Program is implemented in accordance with a protocol signed with Ministry of National Education.
Social Services and Child Protection Agency (SHCEK)
The Mother Child Education Program is also implemented in collaboration with Social Services and Child Protection Agency. These courses are implemented by the agency’s experts who are trained by AÇEV. The Volunteer Mothers Program is also implemented within the agency’s kindergartens which house children without parents.
The Education Union (Eğitim-Sen)
The Father Support Program, developed by AÇEV is carried out in collaboration with The Education Union (Eğitim-Sen). Members of Eğitim-Sen implement the program as volunteer instructors after being trained by and under the supervision of AÇEV.
Turkish Radio and Television (TRT)
In order to significantly multiply the number of beneficiaries reached, AÇEV is applying its expertise in early childhood and adult education to an innovative television project in title "Will you play with me?", developed in cooperation with and airing on TRT.
International Aid Agencies
AÇEV continues its project-based relationships with International Aid Agencies such as UNICEF, UNESCO, World Bank and UNDP. The expansion of the Mother Child Education Program to 58 provinces was made possible through a loan provided to the Ministry of National Education by the World Bank.
Local and International Non-profit Organizations
In order to expand implementation of its programs both within Turkey and abroad, AÇEV collaborates with several local NGO’s, as well as Lions and Rotary Clubs. Furthermore, AÇEV has collaborated with and or received support from international organizations such as Spencer Foundation, Avorroes Foundation, Bernard Van Leer Foundation and Open Society Institute.
