Research shows that children who receive preschool education start formal schooling with higher school readiness and attain higher academic achievement, which increases the quality of primary education.

With the Child Education Program (CEP), developed for children aged 4 and higher, we aim to increase the school readiness of children who are socioeconomically disadvantaged and deprived of the necessary support in their developmental environment, through preliteracy activities and overall support for their linguistic development.

The teacher’s manual of a 24-week Child Education Program is used by AÇEV-trained preschool teachers across Turkey as preschool educational material.

The CEP material also aims to support the habit of doing schoolwork and a sense of confidence in children.
